The material pump on the LineCoat units is indirectly driven by hydraulics. Here the piston makes a considerably longer stroke than with directly driven pumps. This increase in power combined with the large cross section of the suction system provides higher suction power thus spraying power. This improves the application of high viscosity materials of all types, particularly Airless marking paints.
The result is a high marking speed with superb line quality.
